For pelleting industry, Corrugated Roller Shells are the most popular type. Roller shells with corrugation can effectively reduce
slippage of the raw material on the surface of the mold, as well as provide a certain amount of resistance to plugging the die.

The roller shell is commonly divided into the tooth through type, tooth no through type and pass type, several other types on the
market is also available based on customers' needs accordingly

 

Material

We manufacture every pellet mill roller shell with extreme precision using the highest quality steel(GCr15), of any dimension and
type for all pellet mills on the market.

Hobbing

The roller is hobbed with high-precision fully automated equipment to ensure the uniformity of the tooth profile.

Heat treatment

Adopt high temperature heat treatment technology to improve the wear resistance of products, and ensure that the rollers' internal
hardness is uniform. After heat treatment, the roller should have an average hardness of HRC54-58, and the hardness difference
between rollers should be controlled within HRC4.

Internal grinding

The surface roughness (Ra Value) should be less than 1.6 μm
