Heat treatment

Following heat treatment, our rollers achieve an impressive hardness range of HRC54-58, with inter-roller hardness variation tightly controlled within HRC4.

Internal grinding

The surface finish of our roller shells is refined to an astounding surface roughness (Ra Value) of less than 1.6 μm, ensuring smooth operation.
