Hobbing

Heat treatment

Our high-temperature heat treatment technology significantly enhances wear resistance, maintaining uniform internal hardness across all rollers.
Post heat treatment, each roller achieves an average hardness of HRC54-58, with hardness variation among rollers strictly controlled within HRC4.
This precision in hardness ensures endurance and reliable performance under demanding conditions.

Internal grinding

We achieve a surface roughness (Ra Value) of less than 1.6 μm, ensuring smooth operation and minimal friction.
